What I offer through Core Atelier Tunbridge Wells is a return to self-awareness through movement.

I specialise in Pilates for pain relief, injury recovery, and rehabilitation in Tunbridge Wells.
I use Classical Pilates, Hypopressives and The Roll Model Method of Fascia Release to coach people with back pain or conditions like pelvic organ prolapse, diastases recti, arthritis, back pain or foot pain.

Each session is designed to build deep core strength, improve posture, ease stiffness and support nervous system regulation.
